(a) A completed Booking Form together with an Advance Booking Deposit of Euro60 / St£60.00 per holiday cottage per week is required to confirm accommodation. Having checked with us regarding availability, you can print out the Booking Form on our Reservations page and send it to us with with your Booking Deposit.
We will acknowledge receipt of your deposit and confirm your reservation by return of post. The Balance of Rental is payable 4 weeks before arrival.
(b) If the Balance of Rental is not received 4 weeks before date of arrival the Booking will be considered cancelled.
(c) A refundable deposit of Euro50 to cover loss/damage/breakages and excess cleaning (if necessary) must be given to the Supervisor on arrival. This will be returned to you at departure, provided the Supervisor is satisfied that the Terms and Conditions of Rental have been complied with, and the holiday cottage is left clean and tidy. The key of the holiday cottage must be returned on day of departure.
(d) Electricity used for room-heating, water-heating and lighting is an extra charge which is payable by the Client to the Supervisor before departure. The charge is based on the individual meter readings and it is recommended that the initial meter readings, and the cost per unit, be checked at the outset.
(e) Included free of charge in the basic rental are:
(f) Possession of the holiday cottage must be taken between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. on date of arrival, and the holiday cottage must be vacated by 10 a.m. on date of departure.
(g) The Company is not responsible for any loss of valuables or property left after departure.
(h) Directors or Officers of the company may, at all reasonable times, visit the holiday cottage.
(i) The Holiday Cottage, its contents and appliances must be left in a clean and tidy condition. As most of the floor is carpeted, a vacuum cleaner is provided in each cottage.
(j) Under no circumstances must the number of persons stated on your BOOKING FORM be exceeded without the company's permission.
(k) Any form of noisy socialising is not acceptable after 11 p.m.
(l) Each holiday cottage is designed to accommodate one family group. We regret that two families sharing will not be accepted.
(m) We regret that pets are not allowed in the cottages.
